Recent weeks has seen the renewal of interest on the cultural aspects of conservation. Prof. G.D. Agarwal's campaign has had much to do with this. This june 5th, we decided to call for a simple meeting in our office of like minded and active people to think together towards launching a movement that can look at the link between conservation and culture much more closely.
